In November 2021, the Commission distributed to Pennsylvania’s federal district courts and state court administrators electronic and hard copies of its informational pamphlets on jury service. These pamphlets were produced by the Commission to educate limited English proficient individuals about jury service and the level of English language proficiency needed to serve on a federal or state court jury. The Commission also shared the state court version of its pamphlet with bar associations, advocacy groups, and other organizations throughout the Commonwealth that work with immigrant communities.
